Brad Paddison Contracting Ltd. is committed to Zero Harm.
This part of our work ethic is lived on site daily with Pre-Job Inspections, Hazard Identification and Safe Work Procedures that are all reviewed at Daily Toolbox. Assignment and review of tasks and hazards create a safe and organized worksite that increases efficiency and morale. BPC Ltd. has spent considerable resources to support its people in the field. Gas detectors, radios, horizontal lifelines, beam clamps, harnesses, retractable lanyards, respiratory masks, and an AED are all on hand in separate safety shed for any jobs requiring 10 men or more. Further support is garnered by BPC Ltd's policy of having at least 1 Level 3 first aid person within the crew. Two of our contractors also have paramedic accreditation and BPC Ltd. will place those two on opposing shifts when working around the clock. This strategy acts as a safety net in addition to what is provided on site. BPC Ltd. supports its workers by regularly hosting training courses. This support emphasizes BPCs' focus on safety, increases our peoples' awareness and keeps them current with any recent changes in Safety requirements. BPC Ltd. also provides all of its supervisors with information regarding supervisor training opportunities. In short this company values its personnel and would not thrive without them. BPC Ltd. will continue to look at ways to improve with regards to safety in this ever-changing landscape. There are no shortcuts to be taken to ensure everyone arrives home safely!
